As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order (usually sooner). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Somebody must be available to accept your delivery. You will be notified of your delivery date via sms or email. Undeliverable items may incur additional shipping costs or may be returned to the nearest depot for pickup. If we cannot deliver your item your item may returned to the warehouse. You may be responsible for any re-delivery charges if the shipping company is unable deliver your items if either: no body is available to accept the delivery, or we are unable to deliver large and heavy items due to restricted access. Once your order leaves the supplier warehouse it is no longer the responsibility of Jervis Bay Stand Up Paddle but it is the responsibility of the courier or shipping company that is delivering your product that includes damage or missing items during transit. Delivery time frames are estimates only, we are not liable for unexpected delays in delivery. We will take care to provide you with accurate tracking information so you may track your item at any time.
Shipping costs vary from item to item and we do the best we can to get you the lowest shipping price possible. If you feel the shipping cost is unusually high at checkout - please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages, Short Supply or Other:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damages or missing parts you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Any damages or problems with your purchase such as, missing parts must be reported to us within 48hours. If the goods are not in accordance with your order in anyway then we must be notified within 48hours of delivery.
Notification of Returns:
No returns will be accepted without first lodging your return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the reason for your return, we will then inform you of what you need to provide to us, how to process your return (including any shipping costs) and the return address. We are not responsible for the costs of any returned products without first notifying us via email and awaiting the instructions on how to proceed.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped you may not be able to cancel your order, this varies from product to product. If your order can be returned due to cancellation, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order and when the item has been received undamaged in its original packaging, including all accessories.
