Stand up Paddling is low-impact and provides an all-over workout with a strong focus on the core. You can make the paddling as hard or as easy as you want but in a one hour session women can burn between 600-700 calories and men between 800-1000 calories.
Jervis Bay Stand Up Paddle is offering regular fitness paddles. These sessions are designed for people who already have basic paddling skills. The sessions are tailored to suit the fitness and ability level of the group.
